Lessons

At Buffalo Creek Guitar Company we believe in the old adage “knowledge is power”. That is so very true when it comes to playing an instrument. The more you know about your instrument and music theory and why things sound the way they do and how to make them sound like you want them to-then you can create and play music with confidence and skill.

We offer lesson for the Guitar (electric and acoustic), Bass, Banjo, and Mandolin, and in all styles – Blues, Jazz, Rock, Bluegrass, and Country. We don’t have violin or piano lessons available at this time, but we know several teachers in our area that we would be glad to recommend.

Our instructors are some of the most accomplished musicians in our neck of the planet, and most have years of study and teaching behind them as well as years of playing professionally.

Our lessons are all private, one-on-one, ½ hour sessions in our studio here at Buffalo Creek Guitar. This allows our instructors to really focus on the student’s individual need and progress.

Lessons are scheduled according to instructor availability Tuesday through Friday. We do have some Saturday classes available, though that is more limited.

Lesson cost is $80 per month, payable at the start of the month. Make-up lessons are available with 24 hour notice of lesson to be missed.
